Boxing and Kickboxing are both incredible sports to stay fit, practice professionally, and use in self-defense. Although they share similar techniques, they are quite different. For instance, kickboxing requires one to use hands and legs, while boxing only hands are used. Despite such differences, both are great for both physical and mental training.

HIIT or high-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, or one hundred percent effort through quick , intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps the heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Weight training is a common type of training for developing strength and skeletal muscles. It utilizes force of gravity in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells,or weight stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric and eccentric contraction.

By adding HIIT and weight training workouts to your exercise regime, you will be able to enjoy a range of health and fitness benefits that will increase your strength cardio and overall physique.
